Typical Project Scope:
- Gather detailed customer requirements
- Create a project plan and timeline
- Perform a site survey - active and/or passive
- Generate a coverage plan
- Analyze the clients current Infrastructure, both logical and physical
- Develop a detailed BoM
- Procure all materials
- Architect/Design/Develop all necessary configurations necessary to meet industry standards and client requirements
- Wireless Signal Penetration from rogue devices into the client environment and from the client devices to offsite areas. Reducing both of these is critical to performance and security
- Perform a security gap analysis on what already exists to determine what enhancements may be required.
- Network and security configurations
- Develop VLAN segmentation that comprehends all aspects of the business environment and synchronizes seamlessly with WiFi WLANs/SSIDs.
- Update disaster recovery protocol pertaining to the new/upgraded network
- Stage, setup, and test the complete network at an INS Group lab to ensure 100% up time on the first day of service
- Pre-installation customer systems acceptance test (SAT) at an INS Group Lab facility
- Post-installation user acceptance test (UAT) after installation at the customers facilities to verify proper RF coverage and the network meets all requirements.
- Perform a final passive survey to validate coverage and bandwidth.
- Adjust, tune and make any needed adjustments to the network.
- Annual re-certification of installed wireless coverage area
