Data Center (DC), Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Development
The INS Group has been the lead in the design staging and deployment of data center networks in manufacturing facilities for the past 24 years. These data centers were typically located in assembly plants and/or manufacturing campuses made up of assembly, powertrain and stamping plants. Over the years data center requirements have changed considerably and as such we've kept up with the advancest in security, L4-L7 loadbalancing, IoT, SaaS, and automating various redundant data center services. We've been involved in the design and build of several large enterprise class data centers in the automotive industry. We have also been involved in upgrading several data centers that support the medical industry.
The INS Group lead many manufacturing projects that required us to comprehend the entire network from the plant floor controls networks to the plant DC's and through to the enterprise DC's. It was also critical to understand the various production critical/non-critical applications that ran on the local DC and enterprise DC. Considerations of bandwidth, response times, capacity and how to accomplish the proper balance of local/remote applications.
