 The INS Group have architected, designed, built/staged and deployed over 500 million square feet of WiFi coverage (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) for our customers throughout North America, Mexico and Canada. Of the more than 600 WiFi networks deployed many were comprehensive projects that included the entire network infrastructure.  These deployments have used Cisco, Motorola/Zebra, Aruba, Meraki, Aerohive and HP WiFi solutions. 

 The INS Groups has been responsible for developing the network architecture for over 80 manufacturing/industrial facilities. This required a high level of technical expertise in all facets of networking; logical wired/wireless, physical infrastructure, security (FW, LB), IPT/VoIP, WAN, industrial networks, load-balancing (L3–L7),  and network services. These new architectures made it easy to templatize the designs, staging and deployment processes.  These new plant floor controls network architectures were tested extensively to validate that these multi-vendor environments would interoperate seamlessly.  It was also imperative that these deterministic controls networks operated in highly predictable and consistent manner.  These projects touched Assembly, Powertrain, and Stamping plants, Foundries, parts suppliers, warehouses, food processing, and others.
