Logical Network Architecture & Design

The INS Group has deployed over 500 LAN/WAN/WLAN/DC networks in assembly, powertrain, stamping plants, foundries, parts warehouses, large campuses, company headquarters,  tech center campuses, proving grounds,  mfg campuses (Mexico,) mfg campus (Germany), powertrain campuses, financial/treasurer Offices, product development/engineering facilities, Hospitals, Cancer and  medical centers, data and caching Centers, food processing, and others throughout North America, Mexico, and Canada.   Many of these projects replaced/updated the sites entire network.  A typical project includes requirements gathering, network design, design validation testing,  design reviews, physical infrastructure, wireless, route/switch, security/FW, network services, integration with plant floor controls networks, setting up and integrating with monitoring systems, applications integration, deployment technical cut-over support, systems acceptance testing (SAT), audits of site physical and logical wired/wireless infrastructure.  

Manufacturing facilities are always very high risk and  preferably deployments can be performed during an extended maintenance window but often times this isn't possible and a rolling/progressive cut over is required.  The INS Group has done many cut-overs like this, in live environments with no production loss or un-planned down time.
